It’s that time of the year, the holiday rush. Everyone wants their homes done in time for holiday parties, out of town guests, and family gatherings.  As it can be a bit stressful, we love making our clients happy and seeing their excitement when we complete their projects. We just came back from an install of a beautiful family room.

Many photos to come, but here is a sneak peak of 2 chairs in the room that we made here at Judy’s Custom Workroom. We LOVE this ikat fabric. It is Kravet: Bansuri – 515. The wood frames we stained in “driftwood” stain.  The chairs turned out wonderfully and our client was very excited to have a fresh new family room in time for Christmas.

Before the country wingback garden chair was covered in a traditional small check. We loved the detail in the wood frame and wanted to give it a fresh new look. We reupholstered it with this fun ikat fabric and added silver nail heads for a contemporary touch.
