Schumacher Presents: Sophia Velvet.
This velvet plain from Shumacher has an exceptionally soft and silky hand, which is created through a blend of cotton and modal viscose yarns. Its quiet sheen and elegant appearance make it an ideal option where silk velvet is desirable but greater durability is required.
“Ninety shades provide a wide array of classic and fashion-inspired hues, ranging from sophisticated neutrals to eye-catching brights. Suitable for draperies, upholstery and decorative accents, Sophia Velvet adds a subtle hint of glamour to both modern and traditional interiors.”

New Collections from Osborne & Little
Many of the fabrics and wall coverings in the Fall 2011 collections are  inspired by wildlife, but these fabrics and wall coverings also come in tame, sophisticated colorways.
SABI COLLECTION: Modern fabrics are ideal for contemporary hotel design. Their washability also makes them an attractive choice for domestic interiors. Most of the designs are interpretations of the coats or skins of wild animals and are named after game reserves in Africa. Fabrics with a similar animal theme and colour palette are to be found in SABI VELVETS.
SABI VELVETS: A collection of four velvets named after African game reserves, embossed to resemble animal skins and coats. All have excellent Martindale abrasion results.
KOMODO WALLPAPER: Non-woven easy-to-hang wallcoverings. A collection of contemporary designs all printed on a durable non-woven base takes its main inspiration from the coats and skins of wild animals. Similar themes are to be found in the fabrics of SABI TREVIRA and SABI VELVETS.
